Barilliant uses premium Australian-made milk chocolate, selected for its smooth texture, balanced sweetness, and universal appeal — a crowd-pleasing classic that feels indulgent without being overpowering.
We work closely with trusted suppliers, carefully choosing chocolate and packaging materials that align with our commitment to ethical and sustainable sourcing. Wherever possible, we prioritise responsible production practices and materials designed to minimise environmental impact, without ever compromising on quality or taste.
Barilliant chocolate bars have a shelf life of 12–18 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
Our chocolate bars contain milk and soy and may contain traces of nuts and gluten. Please contact us if you require further allergen information.
Yes — gluten-free and sugar-free options are available upon request.
As these chocolates are not part of our regular production pipeline, they are produced as specialty orders and therefore require higher minimum order quantities. This allows us to maintain the same premium quality, consistency, and finish Barilliant is known for.

Standard production time is 1–4 business days from final artwork approval.

We recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks prior to your event. For peak wedding seasons or large-scale events, earlier is always better to secure availability and allow ample time for design and production.

to ensure everything arrives seamlessly, please provide the details of your event coordinator or venue contact. we’ll coordinate directly with them at our approved venues to manage timing and delivery requirements.
